How I Used ChatGPT to Transform My Life in Just 30 Days

I have been using ChatGPT for everything lately! From travel itineraries to menu planning, it has become a useful tool in my everyday life. My latest adventure has been using ChatGPT for goal planning. I know that in five years, both of my kids will be out of the house, and my life will look very different from what it is today. Even now, my kids are older, and I have suddenly found myself with a whole lot more free time than I typically had in the past.

I am also realizing that while I have enjoyed nothing more than being a mother, it has become so ingrained in my identity that I have forgotten who I was before. Additionally, I lost both of my sisters, whom I was very close with, in the past two years, and if I am being totally honest, I am at rock bottom.

I have gained 30 pounds over the past three years. I am in debt from taking time off to care for my sister when she had cancer. I basically have no social life and very few friends. I feel like I’ve aged 20 years in the past three. I have no hobbies. But worst of all, I feel like I am constantly treading water: three pounds lost and five gained back; paying down $1,500 only to get sick and end up with $10K in medical debt—and around and around it goes.

The problem is, I have ideas but no solid plans. I know what I want but have no idea how to get there. A month ago, I used ChatGPT to write my five-year plan. Then I asked it to break it down by year, and from there by month. From there, I’ve been working on two-week increments and updating ChatGPT on my progress. Based on that, it gives me another two weeks to focus on.

I have completed my first month, and I am actually shocked at how far I’ve come in just 30 days. In the past month, I have:

  • Started a new morning routine based on the book The Miracle Morning
  • Lost 3 pounds and gone to the gym 21 out of 30 days
  • Set up this website and taken a course on blogging
  • Created a budget and debt repayment program
  • Developed and consistently utilized an advanced oral hygiene routine that includes oil pulling
  • Joined a book club and a writing group
  • Reorganized my bathroom, which is something I had been putting off for months

There are also a lot of things I currently have in progress, but seeing ChatGPT’s plans for me, I am super excited for the next year!
